Privacy Policy
Scanaroo is built for classrooms, which means student privacy comes first.
What we store
- QR codes contain only random IDs, never student names.
- Teachers only see grades for the classes they own or co-teach.
- No student data is sold or used for advertising.
- Teachers can export grades to CSV, and can delete a student, class, or grade at any time.
Terms
You keep ownership of the rosters, rubrics, and grades you create in Scanaroo. Use the service only for students you are authorized to grade, keep your account credentials private, and follow your school or district policy for storing student information. Subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled.
